1. Accessing
1.1. Accessing the Website
- URL: Open your web browser and navigate to https://snackprompt.com/.
- Homepage Overview: In the center of the Home page, you can see the main automations and prompts provided by the community. On the right, a shortcut to your Elementals. On the left, we have quick access to the main pages.
1.2. Account Options
- Sign In / Sign Up: Some features such as saving your favorite prompts or sharing your creations might require you to create an account or log in. Look for “Sign In” or “Sign Up” buttons in the top navigation bar.
- Guest Mode: If you prefer not to create an account, you may still explore and use the prompt generator, though some features (e.g., saving or personalizing your prompt history) may be limited.
2. Prompt
2.1. Use a prompt
- On the Home page, you can see the main automations and prompts made available by the community. Browse through the prompt options or filter by the type you prefer, then click on the one that interests you most.
- Once clicked, you will have access to the detailed page for that prompt.
- On the right side, you will see the quick-fill fields. These are used to feed the prompt and adapt it to your needs, fill them in.
- After filling in the fields, the prompt is ready to use! There are a few ways to use it:
- Click "Send Prompt" (recommended): it will navigate you to the chat where the AI will analyze your prompt and deliver the result to you.
- Click the copy icon: this will take the customized prompt to your clipboard, where you can easily paste it wherever you want.
- Click "Copy and Open ChatGPT": to open a new tab with ChatGPT where you can paste the custom prompt
- Click "Copy and Open Gemini": to open a new tab with Gemini where you can paste the custom prompt
2.2. Save a prompt
- If you liked this prompt, click the bookmark icon at the top of the page.
- Once saved, your prompt can be easily accessed from the menu on the right side.
2.3. Evaluate the prompt
- At the bottom of the prompt details page, you will have access to reviews from other users.
- If you want to leave your review, click on "Leave a Review", write a comment and mark it from 1 to 5 stars.
3. Knowledge Base with Tables
The Snack Prompt platform offers a powerful feature called KMS (Knowledge Management System), enabling users to create, organize, and manage structured knowledge bases for AI applications, automation, and business processes.
On the Home page, you will find a section displaying the Knowledge Base modal in the home list. The first modal, labeled "Create a Knowledge Base", provides an entry point to initialize a Knowledge Base within the platform.
3.1 Create a Knowledge Base Table
- Click on the "Create a Knowledge Base" card" in home page – Opens a dialog with options to set up your KMS.
- Hover over the "Simple KMS Table" option – A short video will appear, explaining how this feature works.
- Click on "Simple KMS Table" – The system will automatically generate a pre-configured table containing an example Knowledge Base.
3.2 Customizing Your Knowledge Base
The Simple KMS Table in Snack Prompt is flexible and can be tailored to various use cases, including:
- Organizing business knowledge (e.g., company mission, product details, best practices).
- Creating structured information for AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini).
- Managing customer interactions and support documents.
- Developing automation workflows with AI-powered assistants.
You can:
Add new columns to include details like brand values, customer support scripts, or internal guidelines.
Include detailed descriptions for products and services.
Structure the Knowledge Base per client or business segment, making it a scalable solution for agencies managing multiple brands.

4. Knowledge Base with Lists
In addition to tables, Snack Prompt offers the ability to create a Knowledge Management System (KMS) using a document list. This format allows users to organize and structure knowledge intuitively, making it ideal for businesses, influencers, and teams managing centralized information.
4.1 Create a Knowledge Base List
- Clicks on "Create a Knowledge Base" – Opens a dialog with options to set up your Knowledge Base.
- Hover over the "Simple KMS Table" option – A short video will appear, explaining how this feature works.
- Select "Simple KMS Document List" – The system will automatically generate a list with some documents instead of a table.
Everything is organized within individual documents inside the list, making navigation and management seamless.
4.2 Customizing Your Knowledge Base
One of the key advantages of the Knowledge Base Document List is its flexibility in allowing users to attach various types of content, including:
- Files – PDFs, presentations, internal guides.
- Images – Product photos, company branding.
- Elementals – Prompts, Automations, Tables.
4.3 Editing and Expanding Your Knowledge Base
You can fully customize your knowledge base by editing existing documents and adding new elements to the list. To do this:
- Click "Edit List" to modify the structure.
- Add or remove items as needed to keep your knowledge base up to date.
- Scroll down to "Advanced Options" to attach images, files, or any other relevant content using the widgets at the bottom of the list page.

5. Exporting a Knowledge Base
Once you have completed and refined your Knowledge Base, you can easily export the data to integrate with AI systems.
5.1 How to Download a Knowledge Base in Snack Prompt
- Click on the three-dot menu at the top of the elemental or list.
- Select "Download a Knowledge Base" – A sidebar menu will appear.
- In the sidebar, you can:
- Choose specific fields to include in your export.
- Select the output format – Choose between Text or JSON.
- Click "Download" or "Copy" to extract the structured knowledge base.
5.2 How to Use the Exported Knowledge Base
With the exported file, you can:
- Train or fine-tune AI models with structured business knowledge.
- Use it in AI platforms like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, and others.
- Integrate it into automation workflows, chatbots, or internal knowledge systems.
By exporting your Knowledge Base, you ensure seamless integration with AI tools, allowing for enhanced productivity and automation.
